Applying for MW4WDA Event Insurance
The club hosting the event must be a Member Club of the MW4WDA and have all dues paid in full at time of application.
Instructions:
Pick a representative from the hosting club to handle Insurance and that can make calls and receive them.

They will ask questions about event, if you have any problems please give the MW4WDA Insurance Contact: Butch Chapin a call.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please call them 20 to 30 days (please no earlier) before your event. If you have any questions, they will be able to help you with any questions on your event insurance needs.

Got it changed
