The Midwest Four Wheel Drive Association supports a strict program of driving safety through the studies and recommendations of an active Safety Committee.

Events may not proceed until all safety requirements have been met. Safety rules have been formulated to include driving aids and techniques for off-roading, as well as comprehensive rules governing competitive events.
